MSUB Softball to Hold Meeting, Tryouts (9/7/06)
BILLINGS, MT – Montana
State-Billings softball coach Kim Lemmens has schedule
the first team meeting of the year as well as open
walk-on tryouts.
The team meeting will
be September 11 at 3:30 p.m. in Room 7 of the Academic
Center Building. The meeting is open to all returning
players, new players, and players interested in the
walk-on tryouts.
The open tryouts for
walk-on players will take place September 12th.
The tryout session will run from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at
Cenex Stadium. To participate in the tryouts a player
must be enrolled for fall classes at MSU Billings.
The Yellowjackets, who
are beginning their seventh season, are scheduled to
start fall practices on September 12th. The
team will practice Tuesday through Friday during the
“fall ball” season. Regular practices for the spring
championship season will begin in January.
