Softball Wraps up Fall Season with Blue-Gold Saturday (Oct. 7, 2004) 

BILLINGS, MT – The Montana State-Billings softball team completes its fall season this Saturday with a seven inning Blue-Gold scrimmage.  The game will be the Yellowjackets’ last of 2004.  Their spring season picks up again in February of 2005.

Admission is free for the scrimmage, which will be held at Cenex Stadium on the campus of MSU Billings.  The first pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.

The Yellowjackets were 6-2-1 against outside competition during the fall season.  They played a pair of five inning Blue-Gold games last weekend.  In the nine games against other teams, MSU Billings hit 17 home runs.
