MSU Billings Signs Tennis Player from Calgary (September 2, 2002)
BILLINGS – Montana State University-Billings head tennis coach Jerry Peach announced that Ryan Smith from Calgary, Alberta has signed a National Letter of Intent to play tennis for the Yellowjackets next season.  Smith will be a freshman majoring in business.

“Ryan is a strong kid with a lot of talent,” said Peach.  “He played the Northwest Circuit this past summer and will arrive on campus tournament tough.”

Smith holds a men’s open singles ranking and a high doubles ranking in Alberta.
