Season Outlook
Dahlgren played in more games last season than any
returning Yellowjacket, appearing in all 111 games.
After just two seasons she is already fast
approaching the career kills top 10 list at MSU Billings.
Dahlgren's 217 kills as a sophomore, third-most on
the team and the most of any returning player, gave
her 279 for her career. She only needs 140
more kills to reach the top 10 in school history,
and she should have more opportunities this year
since the top two hitters from 2001 have graduated.
In addition to attacking the net well, Dahlgren is
also a strong defender at the net. She led the
Yellowjackets in solo blocks as a sophomore and was
one of only two players with over 100 total blocks
for the season. After a breakout year as a
sophomore, Dahlgren should become a dominating
presence this year. |
