Season Outlook
Gerretsen transfers to MSU Billings from
Lane Community College in Oregon where she earned
All-NAACC South Region honors as a sophomore.
She was her team's MVP a year ago when she ranked in
the top 20 in the conference for both hitting
efficiency and block average. She recorded 133
kills, 33 solo blocks, 21 block assists, 14 service
aces, and 108 digs. At Roseburg High School,
Gerretsen earned all-conference honors as a junior
when she led her team to the Oregon state volleyball
tournament. She will have the opportunity to
see playing time immediately this fall and should
add depth to the Yellowjackets' outside hitters. |
