Season Outlook
Malnaa transfers to MSU Billings after playing one
year at Valley City State University in Valley City,
North Dakota. At Glasgow High School, Malnaa
lettered three times each in volleyball, basketball,
and track. She was a team captain in both
volleyball and basketball and earned all-conference
honors in basketball. She helped lead the
Scotties to volleyball district titles in 1999 and
2001, a divisional runner-up finish in 2001, and
state tournament appearances in 1999 and 2001.
The 2002 season should be a valuable learning
experience for Malnaa as she plays behind senior
setter Krissy Janney and experiences the Pacific
West Conference for the first time. |
