MSU Billings Seniors on Campus offers unique educational opportunities for adults 50 and older who are young at heart and enjoy learning for learning sake. The Seniors on Campus seeks to foster intellectual stimulation, new interests, and personal development through academic pursuits, and to provide a community in which to gather, get acquainted and socialize. Seniors on Campus courses are open to all adults 50 and older. In this lively learning environment, current and retired MSU Billings faculty and community experts lead courses and special events.

Expiration Date:
Membership in the Seniors on Campus program will be good for one year, and will expire at the end of that month.
Registration Discount:
Seniors on Campus members receive a discount on all Seniors on Campus courses when they register for a class. Please see Fees and Registration for more information.
Bring a Guest:
As a member you will receive a guest voucher which will allow you to invite a guest free of charge to one class period of a designated Seniors on Campus course. Not all courses are open to this benefit. All guests must be registered with MSU Billings College of Professional Studies & Lifelong Learning prior to the event. Voucher may only be used for adults ages 50 and older.
Bookstore discount:
Your Seniors on Campus membership card can be used at the MSU Billings Bookstore for a 25% discount.
Offer excludes: Textbooks, computer hardware and software, stamps, food and beverages, movie tickets, phone cards, magazines, DVD’s and CD’s. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Free lecture audit:
Seniors on Campus members may be able to audit any lecture style undergraduate course offered by the university pending available space and permission by the professor. If you are interested in auditing a course, contact the Seniors on Campus office by calling 406-896-5890 or email cpsinfo@msubillings.edu.

FEES AND REGISTRATION
One-Year Membership fee: Single $25 -- Couples $40
MSUB Faculty/Staff/Alumni Membership Fee: Single $15 -- Couples $25
You are welcome to become a Seniors on Campus member at any time. Your membership is activated immediately after we receive your registration form and payment. Membership can be renewed annually and is effective for one year from the date you join the program.

SENIORS ON CAMPUS COURSES
Registration:
All Seniors on Campus courses are open to any adults 50 and older. You may register for courses by mail or in person to MSU Billings, 208 N. Broadway Suite 414, Billings, Montana 59101. You may also send in your registration form by fax at 406-254-9787, or by phone at 406-896-5890.
When are courses offered?
Courses are usually offered three times a year:
- Winter/Spring (January – May)
- Summer (June – August)
- Fall/Winter (September – December)
Class Payment Policies/Deadlines:
Payment must be received in full prior to the start of any course, workshop, seminar, conference or special event. You may pay by check, cash or credit card (Discover, Master Card or Visa). Invoicing is possible, however all fees must be paid prior to the beginning of each course. Individuals requesting to be invoiced will be required to provide MSU Billings with their Social Security number. Please make checks payable to: Montana State University Billings.
Class Fee Refund Policy:
To qualify for a refund, enrollments must be cancelled 2 business days IN ADVANCE of the start of a course. To cancel an enrollment, students MUST call the MSU Billings College of Professional Studies & Lifelong Learning at 406-896-5890. Students who do not cancel an enrollment 2 business days IN ADVANCE of the course start date will be held responsible for full payment of applicable course fees. MSU Billings Seniors on Campus reserves the right to cancel any course in which there are an inadequate number of enrollees.
Cancelled Classes:
If MSU Billings cancels a Seniors on Campus course for any reason, those pre-registered will be notified by telephone at least two business days in advance, provided they have given us a daytime number. You will be given the option to reschedule, have payment refunded, or to transfer your enrollment to another Outreach course.
Books and Supplies:
Some classes may require books, supplies or lab fees that will cover all supplies and materials needed for the class. These fees are due at time of registration unless otherwise specified.
